Theres a cop just like this guy in my town. Shortest guy on the force with the biggest mouth and hottest temper. ****** didnt even get his own car, hes a downtown bicycle cop

Once put me in cuffs for smoking in a no smoking zone before trying to write me a $150 ticket. Pissed a lot of people off, and one day some thug got stopped and straight cold cocked him infront of everyone at the mall and the next day he got reassigned as a motorcycle cop across town
