[Release] Unlimited Respawns Trainer! (Now with turn off)

Credits to me for making this. Credits to lolz2much for helping me find a value for trainer. Please thank/rep us ^^

It should be fixed for the ones who it didn't work for.. hopefully >.<
And, I added a turn off feature for the unlimited respawns.
It still only works for SnD, Quarintine, and Spy Hunt.

You still need the bypass for this to work, or else you will disconnect. I'll try releasing nametags hack, it epicly failed and didn't work last time for others >.<

Hotkeys:
F9 - Turn on Unlimited Respawns
F10 - Turn off Unlimited Respawns (If you're in SnD)
F11 - Turn off Unlimited Respawns (If you're in Zombie)
F12 - Turn off Unlimited Respawns (If you're in Spy Hunt)

Open up the trainer when you're IN-GAME, and you can just leave it open the whole time. You don't need to ALT+TAB to use hotkeys now.
