Such as old VIP accounts with access to premium hacks and tools.

Rooting the webserver won't give you any of that. Account information isn't just stored in some text file, its all encrypted and hashed on the server. To get accounts you would have to infect the users themselves, and only fools fall for such a trick

Most sites encrypt their users accounts, encryption doesn't mean it's un-hackable, it can still happen.

As we said already, with no monetary value on the site its not worth the hours and CPU usage spent to crack the hash. Let alone to try and root a site run by a team veteran computer programmers.
