Is there a packet where you can catch 1 fish, and you can just repeat catching that fish repeatedly so I don't have to wait to catch 30 fish?

I think I saw a Youtube video on this somewhere. But the problem is you need a source of Bait. And You can max out on 500 from the Frogzards, but after that you have to use it and farm again.
