all hacks do not work.. plz help

hi!
i need a hack for SP(survival mode)
i downloaded a lot of hacks, and the ones that were injected seccesfully(i know how to inject and all..) just didn't do anything in the game..
i enable all of the options(in the menu when you press "insert") - but nothing happens!! no hack
if you know what causing this- please help me!

is it possible it happens because i play MW3 without steam? i downloaded it from a torrent..

do you have any idea why the hacks here(that they say do work on SP) have no effect on my COD?
i inject the hacks seccesfully, and turn on all the options, but nothing changes..

You could be using a different version. If you downloaded it, you most likely have a private version which requires private server hacks (There's a section for it, just look) Use the SP hacks from there. I released a simple SP hack myself. Try that out and see if it works.
