Run the program as admin, that solves this problem for me usually.

If that doesn't work make sure that cube world isn't running as that sometimes can have an affect on the program(in my experience, but YMMV)

You have to run the program as Administrator, and thanks for the update. I figured my level 400 warrior could take down a couple of +4 Undead.... yeah got knocked out several times, over and over again.

Now if I can get this stupid controller to work
