Sell my PS3 and buy PS4/Game PC or keep PS3?

Soooo, someone wanted to buy my PS3 with 2 controllers and 3 games for 180 euro's. I really want to play GTA V for sure, but since the release of the of GTA V for the PS4 and PC isn't sure, i don't know what to do.
At safest i could keep the PS3, but now the price is high as fuck and could buy it for much more money then when the PS4 is out, but i also want good graphics and new stuff. If could also keep it a little less safe, sell the PS3 and buy a PC, because it's almost sure that GTA V comes for the PC but later for than PS3. I could also play it not safe, sell the PS3 and buy the PS4.
And the PS4 is only 400 euro's, but with games and a new headset it would be around 600 euro for me, but the PC for me would be around 1500 euro's with everything to play the newest generation games at highest as possible.

I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO! Please help me

If PC gaming is your passion, get a PC. If you like consoles, get a console.

Get a PC, even if we don't get GTA V, GTA IV with mods looks better then GTA V.
Fairly certain we will get GTA V though.

You can do way more than just game with a PC. A PC is infinitely more useful than a console and I believe it is much better an investment, even if your primary interest is just gaming.

Before getting a PC, do a lot of research and become experienced with 'em.
Watch guides on building videos, compatibility and other things related to PC's.

As Denelf said, you should learn you're way around a PC first.

Oh yeah i forgot, i also have a laptop, where im now typing with lol. The plus side of it if i buy the PC, i could sell my laptop, but the con of it that i ain't that portable anymore. I could also buy the PS4 and a laptop for 1000 euro's. Srs this is the hardest electonical choice of my life haha.

If you can dedicate time learning about PC, get a PC. If not, get a console.
