No, those are optional.

@igoocham you need atleast 2 or 3 valid answers for your request to be even considered.. so yes adding the transaction ID is a good thing to do.

If you want to have a chance of getting your account back supply all info you can possibly give, but if you think it may be wrong just leave it out. Nowadays they ask for city and country of creation and creation email and pass quite regularly.
