Nexon Tickets?

There really is no set time frame. I have no idea what system they use when replying to tickets, but they need a better one. And fast.

Nexon has usually always had a slow response rate.
A few people were lucky enough to encounter their somewhat "fast" responses.
I'm currently awaiting my ticket to even move from the "open" position, it's been 10 days.

I used to play MapleStory a few years back. I sent in a ticket. They closed it after 3-4 months. No response or anything. Their customer service is junk.

It's gotten a bit better. They send you an automated response now.

You're better off making a new account.

By the time they answer your ticket, you'll probably be around the same level you were banned at. :P
