Yes, and its actually perfectly legal to be a racist. You can even have a KKK parade if you want to. But don't you think the Criminal Justice system should stay clear of discrimination by not deciding who does face the judge/jury and who doesn't.

I can agree on that. The judicial system does racially profile people during cases like these. Though, the sad part is, if the crime didn't get so much liberal media attention and having them use the race card, there would have more likely been a few blacks in the jury. They do screen people though, it's possible they had a few blacks called in yet they admitted they already thought of Zimmerman as guilty, which would have been a bias before the trial. They never tell you about that shit so it's hard to tell.
