Well for one, it's way too formal and like I said before, you're putting in completely irrelevant information. I'm still having a hard grasping what you're sending out. You say it's a resume yet you really didn't put anything on it and it sounds like you're pretty much begging for a random positions on various listings...that being said...

    To Whom it May Concern:

I am very interested in the entry level position as a(n) __________ that your company is currently offering. My passion to pursue a career in ___________ (I'd probably say computer science) has only grown over the years and has allowed me to gain the necessary experience that would make me a perfect candidate for this position. I have several years of experience in numerous programming languages as well a solid background in overall computer knowledge. My qualifications/skills as as followed:

    - Can work independently as well as with other team members
    - Eager to learn and can take on new concepts well
    - Can develop software and applications to the end user efficiently in SQL, Python, HTML, and Java
    - Excellent problem solving and analytic skill set

I am currently on course to earn my MCSA-SQL certification within the next _____________ (period of time goes here). I have several forms of reliable transportation that will allow to me to arrive at the workplace on time and on a consistent basis.

I do believe that my unique skill set and eagerness to get my foot in the _______________ (field of work you want to get into. computer science is acceptable once again) world all make me a good fit at your company. Feel free to call me at: (XXX) XXX-XXXX or email me at: XXXXX@XX*****m if you have any questions.

    Best regards,

I scoured craigslist listings for great deals from private sellers until I found what I wanted for the price I wanted, I picked up my KLR650 for only $1000, and I could sell it any day for at least double that. I didn't go buy a brand new motorcycle and a car, I did the same thing with my car too, it was only $1300. Both in fantastic condition, and yesterday I actually purchased an entire 3" lift kit to replace my old suspension. I make about $950 a month and I can manage this no problem, and $950 a month isn't even very much when I'm 18 I can get a job making $500 a week right away.

Exactly, if I hadn't blown all my money on wasteful stuff I'd have at least 2 cars (1 for daily driving and towing and one for show/track). People who manage their money well and do research can easily afford to have as many vehicles as they can manage. That goes for anything else as well not just vehicles.
