Just finished, Elfen Lied manga

Just read through the Elfen Lied manga. Haven't seen the anime for a couple of years so the memory is vague, but there seems to be a lot that has been left out in the anime so it didn't even feel like the same story.. The ending was a bit weird and it kind of disturbed the all the sad things that was going on. Though I liked all the naughtiness that occurred every now and then
In this case I prefer the manga even though I liked the anime a lot.
Did someone else watch or read Elfen Lied?

Next thing to do is to read the Naruto manga, it should be the opposite of Elfen Lied since instead of leaving things out of the anime they seem keep adding tons of shit to it. So I'm looking forward reading it but I'm not a big fan of the manga fighting scenes.

I watched Elfen Lied, the ending was disappointing. It just throws everything good away. As for the manga, I waned to read it but never got around to it.

I've read the manga and watched the anime multiple times and the manga is amazing, the anime is great too i would say both are pretty much my favorite in their respected fields but the manga is significantly better than the anime and a must read if you liked the anime.

The anime was only 1/2 of the manga since they crammed like 10 chapters into each episode. It was still a good anime series, but the ending was just stupid and disappointing. Personally, the manga has a much better ending.

I believe the anime had to make a new ending due to lack of time so that cut it really short too, i do prefer the manga but that doesn't mean the anime sucked.

It depends if you're looking for the violent type, if so you can try dorohedoro, berserk, and claymore if you haven't already but another of my favorites is mushi-shi I've only just recently started reading the manga but the anime is wonderful also check out xxxholic its also really good imo.

Only heard good things about berserk so I'm going to try that one out
I might also have a look at mushi-shi and xxxholic later on. I started reading manga just about a week ago (except for the latest Naruto).
