I'm looking for people who have verified paypal with no limits and who have money on 'em.

I'll give you a prepaid visa card which has 18.55$, but which is linked to a limited paypal account, so you can use it on official stuff only(steam, shops, etc, not on paypal itself).

In return, I want 10$ exactly(10$ EXCLUDING transferring fees, so I geuss around 10.50$).

I think its a pretty good deal.

Lol, it is a good deal if you know what you're doing with it and know how to get the money off without problems. I can trade you, HOWEVER, you must give all of the details of the prepaid card since some companies require all of the information on the card to process any transactions with the card.
