i have no prblm with my ISP plus my ISP don't block thing on the internet also other things not blocket
so i don't thing my country will block mpgh -_-
i think prblm with mpgh server firewall .
anyway @Liz can close this thread ty .
i will figure out on skype alot of people spamming and flaming

Connection error, not an IP Ban issue. Seems like User sided, told to delete cache/flush dns, or try a different browser, though I suspect this might be an ISP issue. Anyway, closed.
