help me please ,a thief steal my friend acc !!!!!!!!! when he play with me he go out and call me skype and tell me that he change the Email and the Password and he didnt know what he will do ,what shall i do ??????? i think and go to support and make ticket and i see that i make ticket to my acc what shall i do ???????

Most likley a keylogger or rat that stuff it fake.
Keyloggers log your keystrokes some place and they person that made the keylogger can access them. They can get Credit card info Passwords usernames ect...
Rats controle your PC they can watch what you do make you open sertain links and junk like that
yes this comes from you downloading fake programs.
ZP Generators have them that's why I never search for them because there is a high chance it will be a virus/keylogger/rat
