No such thing. you can use steam achievement manager to get all achievement stuff.

Again with every item hack..... Server sided meaning its not possible to make or use an item hack, every item hack you will see ever wil probably be a virus

the closest way to an item hack was text mode idling and that's not possible i read through the patch notes and it said no loot will drop from local servers.

There's this but its offline only, you cant item hack anything for online, its all server sided, editing the item server will only work for servers you've started.
