I found the newer versions of FP (on Mac) won't allow me to create a projector (greyed out), but remember an older version did, the game wont play though... (although, in the resources folder you will find the movie.swf (which is the original .swf renamed), which will play if right clicked and 'open with' a more recent version)

But I am hoping the information you are looking for will still be here inside the projector.app

Even easier than using this, you can make that when you open any .swf file it opens with flash proyector by default
