Private Servers for the Most Recent RS2?

I was wondering if there were any type of private servers that were the same or extremely similar to the latest version of RS2. Does anyone know of any server downloads that are like this?

Also, could anyone explain to me what the numbers mean for all the private server downloads? Are they release version numbers?

The numbers , also knows as "revision" is the oldest - newest versions of runescape [graphical updates, combat etc]. e.g a 317 rsps would be back in like 2006. old style of runescape a 742 is what you want or 600+ thats the new release of runescape.
