Nope, make a new steam account and re-buy css to be able to go on VAC protected servers again.

When you get banned from VAC, you don't get banned from the games, just VAC secured servers(which is like 99% of them lol). So you can skill play CSS, L4D, DOD:S and other steam powered games, just not protected servers.
