Ofcourse, there always be a way to bypass things, just like Kenshin13 does in his hacks, bypasses the anti-cheat.
I think you could mess with the thing in your car, and maybe you can turn it off or something.

Anything can be bypassed/cracked/hacked.
In the Netherlands we had a OV chipcard, it was ment to be the best travelling card, but hackers found a way to access the files in the card and it could change the balance on the card, later when that got patched, they found a way to check in without paying, this was 1 year ago, still not patched.

If the driver is rushed or delusional nothing will stop them from reaching their goal, some people are willing to risk their safety and others for what seems like nothing.
3. In a majorly populated place, such as china, their reasoning for deploying such machines are granted. While there are other methods of keeping tabs on traffic flows, this is one that provides income for the government, as opposed to something like human monitored toll booths which create jobs(Loss of money)

Disable the UI or Mess with your speedometer to read 10-20 miles lower than what you are driving since cops usually pull people over for driving +/- 10 mi over speed limit.

If the UI is due to probation like the breathalizer installed in the car for drunk drivers then there is a way around it by turning it off when driving and turning it on when you have your parole office check up on you.

Well,you can if you mess with the speed meter,but you will be messing with the public's property and you will pay money or might go to jail.

Not really,but in the Uk I don't think their are these kinds of systems.
