Those are really No-Name anti viruses... Install Avast or AVG (the 2 best) and DL anything that don't detected by them...

get kaspersky + nod32 = no virus. if kaspersky and nod32 says it's no virus, then it's most likely no virus

Malwarebytes didn't pick up the file, malwaere byes usually picks up bad threats. If that kasypersky scan signatures are correct, for the love of god do not run the file. Ransomwhere is a very nasty virus that locks up your pc and asks for money.

We can't really tell just by looking at some virus scans, its better to look at its programming code.
