The main reason for me to wait for sesaon2 is to know what happens next, and since I am busy with other titles in manga, reading to know what happens next is not an option now.

I do want a season 2 of hotd but with less fanservice and a thicker plot. The ending of season one was quite a cliffhanger.

They actually did make a lot of money, it's just that the writer put the manga on (can't think of the word put put it on hold for the moment) so he can focus on other manga, but it looks like he's starting it again.
