haha i m using Athlon 64x2 5000+ 2gb ram windows 7 with HD 5450...I get over 90 fps when overclocked

That fps isn't good too why are you getting a low fps ?!
I said when I had Athlon II X2 + Radeon HD 3000 I was getting 90-140 fps the HD 5450 & the 6670 is alot better than it and getting lower fps ? how the hell

It is very easy .. but i don't know how to do it for win XP
for win 7 it is simple just format your /C or format the hard disk you will install your windows in then leave it does its work after it finishes you choose your date write your user account name then it will restart several times then It will open normally ...

Stop being DUMB , its problem in your WINDOWS , you need to reinstal it, it happen when u go to all sited and dont have antivirus(or its outdated).Just reinstal windows , look it youtube how to.

You have this low fps since you started playing cf or you had highed fps before?

since i started playing CF its from 5-25 then it goes up to 50 for 1 second then it goes down to 5-25 for like 15 minutes
