    UAC OFF and DEP OFF.
    100% up to date drivers, c++ redists and frameworks.
    No menu.


    The file is only 22kb, are you streaming in a dll?
    Also, why are you using GetComputerName, GetUser and GetWebServices?

    Are you getting hwid? wat?


    Edit: Yea, sounds like you gave your friends a dll that worked and made a vb loader and the loader is probably failing somewhere. There doesn't seem to be any error handling in the executable. There's also md5 hashes. Perhaps DLL locations...
