They don't change their ping, at least not what I know. There using a program that changes their fps to 4 fps. Then they assign a hotkey and when you jump, press the hotkey (and get 4 fps), crouch and if you these steps right you should be able to go in to boxes and stairs if it's NOT patched. to all people that say theres no sutch thing as a ping changer its a program that just throws alot of lagg on your internet and you have to mesure it out perfectly but in the end it works better then fraps and bandicam its actualy quite good
