Egyptian Conflict Whos to Blame, Terrorists or Government?

Who do you think is to blame for the mass murder in Egypt at the moment its very hot, and rather worrying because the USA do training exercises and give Egypt 1 billion dollars worth of Military Equipment every year, this could turn into a war (Probably not)

I personally think that the Terrorists are to blame the Government are just doing their job to try and keep everything peaceful but clearly that isn't happening. I know a few Egyptians and they live in Alexandria and theres not just conflict in Cairo its everywhere, one of them told me that 3 young children were shot dead infront of their mother in two villages away.

So please tell me your opinion!

From what I understand, the cause of this is Ikhwan, they are a bunch of terrorists, I did some research on them, turns out they organized the Luxor Massacre... and when Mursi was relieved of his presidential duties, terrorism started in Sinai again.. weird huh

Ikhwan , Hamas and Al-Qa'eda are terrorists and they're who should be blamed , the government is doing their job , and the Army did what we said which is LEAVE MORSI.

While this crisis is going on, Obama decides to go to Martha's Vineyard and spend the money of 250,000 taxpayers. Thanks Obama, you really ruined us with ObamaCare and giving muslims $1 billion worth of F-14s. Thanks.
