Yes it is rare that you get IP banned from combat arms but i have been IP banned from it before.
Its just a simple IP address changer made with c++ and DOS commands.

I FRICKIN changed my ip adress a mllion times. IT DONT WORK!!!!!!!!!!! i Logged into my acc and it said u have been banned permanetly. PLZ HELP ME IF U CAN i had a csm 2 account and i wnt it back
