Of course getting more RAM is going to increase your FPS. It just depends how much you get, trust me.
Over 8GB ram it does NOT increase your fps too much anymore, because the game only needs 1-4gb
If he wants more FPS he needs to upgrade his CPU/GPU

@Denelf i know it's terrible, but remember, it's my laptop lol.
60 FPS is the max you will ever get, more than that won't be noticeable by the human eye, 60 FPS is the highest the human eye can catch

Incorrect, you can have more then 60 fps and upgrading your ram will not bring you up to 200fps. Trying to upgrade that laptop is pointless. It has a terrible cpu with terrible integrated graphics. If you want to be able to upgrade, you'd be better off getting a tower.

It's true, he can have more than 60 FPS, but he won't notice it

You could, but you most likely won't be able to, considering it would take major skill. Just get a new one.

How much are you willing to spend on one? You'll never get what you pay for with a laptop.

Incorrect. The human eye can detect over 100 frames per second and see a noticeable difference. Of course if the monitors refresh rate is limited to 60Hz you won't be able to tell as the image will always be displayed at a maximum of 60 frames per second, but on a 120Hz monitor you will definitely be able to see the difference.

There is a big difference between what the eyes can see/process and the amount of frames required to form a fluid scene.
    THE ABSOLUTE GREATEST
