Its probably your pc, i can tell by the video you have a very slow pc and it might not be able to handle crossfire.
Try closing everything else, reinstalling the program, and search online for "game booster" it helps focus in on one game and run it more smoothly

Im not very good with computer specs, but my first suggestion is to redownload crossfire, talk to me once you've redownloaded it if it still doesnt work.

Uninstall all programs you dont need, download and run CCleaner, exit programs u dont need before opening crossfire. if all dosent work . 1. Reinstall windows. 2. Get new pc .
