Crossfire is too big for my screen HELP?

hey guys when i launch the game crossfire is too big for my screen and im not able to start the game does anyone know why and can someone help me?
see as you see in my picture the screen is too big and it won't let me start can anyone help me?

that doesn't work i made it bigger and that's even worse now i can't even see my start button anymore on crossfire..

Go to control panel and then find something that has to do with screen size or something like that

Win XP:
Right click on the desktop -> Properties -> Resolution

Win Vista / 7 / 8:
Right click on the desktop: Change Resolution

Try this it may does a job
open your documents folder , double click on crossfire
right click on system.dat choose open it then choose select a program from a list of installed programs then choose notepad or wordpad
then change the first number from whatever to 0
