That is infact true. All of the trades I did back when I was still a staff member involved teamviewer. Before anything is given, you will need to verify that indeed the items are there. After that, you will need to retrieve the designated email that has been given for the ROTMG account. If there is no email, then what you can do is input your own email there and immediately change the password. To prevent recovery, change the password multiple times or the email multiple times to make it more effective and if you cannot change it the second or third time, that means the user is fighting back. At the same time from when you are changing the email/password, the Middleman should monitor the other person's activity despite the fact that they might have another computer to change the information. Once the account, email and all other necessary items are secured, and the user's buyer/seller/trader has the other information or money ready, then the Middleman can proceed from there

The method I stated is effective for other games as well, but as to ROTMG, I cannot 100% confirm if things have changed.

Edit: Recapping on what I stated, you should not have only 1 email as a Middleman because that is pretty much not safe.

the fact that its against the rules I can't permit it unless an ADMIN says different...hux's case is very different from this one. at the time he was allowed to MM, he was still minion, royce is not holding ANY staff position

According to Liz staff can MM. I don't know if she allowed Hux to since he was a prior MM and still currently staff, or if all staff are allowed to. Dave or arun didn't seem to have an opinion on the matter.

Anyway, point is you can't MM. Refrain from it until you get an answer from an administrator. PM Dave, Liz or arun and ask them. Or ask them using other methods.

If I catch you continuing to MM for users WITHOUT getting clarification or permission from an administrator, I will personally see to it that you are banned.

No matter how helpful you are or are trying to be, you still have to follow the rules. Ask them and see what they say. If they say no, you better stop.

Instead you could post a guide for the MM's on how to MM for ROTMG. You would do that if your intentions actually are for the benefit of the users.

That was done post Hux scamming people. So that is now correct.
