Custom game mod?

Is there a way to edit your stats in a private custom game with yourself? I saw a video of a Janna with 2000 AP O.O

Tried to hack with cheatengine i got the values but i wasnt able to change it....

Because values like AP and health are stored on the server. If this were a singleplayer game, I'm sure you'd have some success. Even in a custom game by yourself, your game values are still being stored on the server.
