Yeah the image that Hero just posted is basically what I was just gonna say again.

There are no IP Addresses linking the accounts together directly, since you have a dynamic IP which changes very frequently rather.

The registration IP on both the accounts is different, but the posts IP's both have a very similar range. I don't wanna post the IP's but if you would look through them you'd see.

Check GEOIP Location, see if the ips are coming from the same location.
