Just bought cs:go and apparently I am vac banned, any way to refund? I have seen cases where the same thing happened to people and they got a refund but how?

I think calling steams customers support is the fastes way to get help

Well their helpdesk doesn't answer for around a week or 2 unless the problem is you not being able to spend money on games.
