Help with Adventure Quest Trainer

Okay, so I made a Trainer(Pretty much copied that Sticky thread, but added things to it)
I change my health and when I attack, It put's my health to zero.
I have been told to add a Timer, but What do I do with the Timer?
Also when I add the Strength Hack, I Change the Strength, click Attack, then the screen goes grey.
