Could somebody do a short tutorial to play with a hacked client on Steam?

I already tried the old tutorial. But this dont works anymore. I think they fixed this way.
What Steam user should do now?
This shitty "register this account to play on web" or something like that dont works how everbody knows
but what we should do now :/?

BS. Its definitly working.
The problem may be because of the client you are using. I can say it works with the one i released (as long as you properly hex it to 16.3) but i see many people having problem running other clients.

Use another client before saying it dont work
