Best Phone Service?

Me and my girlfriend are looking for a really good phone service to use.
The issue is we don't want to spend $150+ on our monthly service.
I am looking to see what you guys think is a really good and cheap phone service to get.
I want them to do contract if you can, since we are going to be getting the Iphone 4 or 5 and or the Galaxy S3 or s4.
I have been looking around on the internet and still can't come up with a service.
I know Verizon seems to be really good but they charge up to 60$ on their plans for only 2GBs which I would be paying about $150+
But they have good coverage.
I looked at T-mobile who so far is the cheapest.

Wont do. I would be spending up to 800$ just on their phone alone.
Their Smart phones are priced at $200+

No. Apple made 2 types of Iphones.
GSM+LTE for AT&T and T-Mobile and CDMA+LTE for Verizon and Sprint.

T-mobile offers the same deal as well.
It's called JUMP!™ but you can upgrade it anytime you want, you can even upgrade it twice every 12 months.
So every 6 months you can upgrade to a newer phone.

I have AT&T, it's easy to rape them and coverage is great, but Verizon has better coverage too which is a bit expensive then AT&T, but ill either go with AT&T or Verizon.

If you're looking for something on the cheaper side, T-Mobile.

AT&T is a bit more expensive I believe.

US Cellular if you want cheaper
