    @ @Raymster
Does your PC have static IP address?
If you haven't already, Port Forward and add Firewall exceptions to following ports:
    1. TCP 3074
    2. TCP 8766
    3. TCP 27014-27050
    4. UDP 3074
    5. UDP 8766
    6. UDP 27014-27050
    Tell me when you're done.

    NP.

    What's working ?
Username and Password depends on router.
    They don't have same password.
Inside the server.cfg folder you will see the following dedicated server command lines (Below has been changed):
    Code:

    +set sv_config "server.cfg" //(default "server.cfg") //NOTE: Be sure to remove the // so command works.

Are you sure ports are opened & added for firewall exceptions ?
Are you sure you have static IP address ?
    Are you sure +set dedicated in server.cfg is 2(+set dedicated 2) ?

You have to find them on your ISP's site.

Just pointing out, this is completely normal.
Since you're hosting it on the same PC, it'll only show up on LAN.

You can only tell if it's not showing on internet server lists if:
    1.) Nobody joins ...
2.) You go on a different network (Wireless -> LAN doesn't count as it's the same network) and try to see it in the server list.

So as far as I see, it's working
