he wants to play the game again because he got caught using a c++ trainer for some flash game or some crap like that. 2 ways to fix that problem:

1. hack into server and do a query search for the banned ip of yours and remove it.
2. change your ip status from static to dynamic and reset your router, it will give you a new ip.

as for #2, you'll still be able to play the game again, but you have to create a new account.
