Here's a small tut if it d/c's for you;

1. Start CA
2. Once you log in, inject the bypass
3. Use the hack for about 3-5games
4. Re-inject the bypass
5. Repeat step 3-4, and continue on.

Inject it in the middle of game, don't open it up before game.
This bypass is temporary, so you need to reinject every 3-5games
