I have tennis twice a week but I can't really call my self fit atm..
Today a new gym opened up. Signed up on that shit, got my 24/7 key and went straight after work with my gym buddy (actually is my best friend but he's fat and needs to workout). But holy shit I am unfit. Like not terribad nerd in the basement type unfit but more like being shredded for 3 years then lazying around for 3 years after kind of unfit.
So guys, what do you do to keep fit?

fitness doesn't matter. it's the amount of info that you have in your head.... so i personally DON'T CARE about fitness anymore compared to when i was 8.

i go for a hard run 2 hours a day, box 5 days a week, 50 push ups 5 times a day
