To do this you must be an ungodly hacker, who can find a way to beat Valve's system into submission. There are ways to do it but, as I said, you've got to be a wizard, or at least Neo from The Matrix. There are people who can and do use certain methods to do this sort of thing(and make a living off of it), but they would never tell anyone, or else risk years in prison.

you need a very experinced professional hacker to do this like anonymous. otherway you cant hack it on your own.

Skin data is stored in VALVe's severs. Of course you can hack those skins, multiply them and so on, but you need to hack in to their servers. You have to be insanely good to do that, and if person who hacked to their servers and changed values and etc was found, wish him good luck at the court, because he's going to have a bad time. He's going to pay a lot of money to get out of it or good luck for him in jail.
Long story short: No, it's not possible for you. All of those youtube videos are fake. The file contains malware, keylogger and etc.
