Go find your self a hobby, and do it alot (I suggest: Bikes, surfing, skating, parkour, magic (with cards and stuff), pentration testing, programming, dancing, etc...)
A few years ago I was pretty much in the same situation like you, I took my old bike rode a few hours in it. At first I didn't like it but I rode on it a few more times and fell in love (With riding of course.... Pffff, whats a girlfriend? ) I practiced for about 3 years, and quess what, I took 2nd place In Israel's Downhill riding cup. (The next year (actually this one) I took the 1st place.) So find yourself something you like or love and do it.
