I have the halloween update , and i crash when I click F11 (inventory menu) and click Add inventory items

When click "add inventory items", Payday 2 just freezes and close by itself. Steam legit Payday 2 with Halloween update.

Hotfix for PPT v4 (fix crashing issues)
Added a hotfix to solve all the crashing issues.. now should be fully operational..
thank you all for reporting back errors.
install note:
