Rather sure any logical thinking individual would assume that an internet connection is already established, as the argument is upon what measures must be taken to unlock the ablity to play online, of which for the console is money, and for the PC, none. Your agument is basically the equivalent of claiming that a free car isn't free, because you still have to buy gasoline for it to run.

Computers do not require the internet to function as designed. Computers came before the internet.

The only big difference I see is that xbox runs 3 different OS, and is uses Direct X.
As to where PS4 runs only 1 OS and is using OpenGL.
The perks are going to be exactly the same, they are used for the same damn thing.

The only reason why Xbox is more is due to the kinetic, if they didn't include it the consoles would be almost the same damn price.

No. That is a rumor, you don't even need to be connected to the internet to play xbox.
Also another rumor that has been done with, the kinetic does not need to be plugged in for the xbox to work.

That is true, but xbox will have more exclusive, and not to mention pc games update less then every 2-3 years.
So you will end up spending a lot of money on your pc.
To even build a good pc you need over 600+$ just to get a computer that will every game on 60+ fps.

Consoles are cheaper in this problem and also more exclusive as well.
