Download the "SafeIP" than use Poland proxy, im from Portugal, here 20€ is 8000 boost, with proxy i buy it for 10€ 50% less

Make a paypal account and create it with poland region then charge your paypal with your credit card and u can buy with your paypal account ithout getting banned
