Well just for some of you who don't read Combat Arms news, the server maintenance is extended from 9 hours to 13 hours. Read more here: Combat Arms - Online FPS Action

UPDATE: The update is taking longer than expected and we are extending the game server downtime another two hours. We expect the game servers to be back up at 11:00am PDT.
Combat Arms will be going through content update and server maintenance on Tuesday, August 25th 2009 at 10:00 pm PDT. This involves all game servers, as well as the website and forums, and will last for approximately 13 hours.

thank you dont knw were to look to get the pdt time and on the combat arms site it take aroud 5 min after a restart of the page or change page so the pdt time show up
