    I really hope you know GSC code can't be compiled into a dll...

    Let me explain this further.
    Silent Aim is done by modifying clientActive_s->usercmd structure to send hidden angles to the server. It requires no GSC support and no mod loading. It will work on all server regardless of mods they have installed.

    Depending on how you do it, no.

    There's many functions the game uses to relay information.
    You could probably even edit the outgoing packet buffer right before CL_Netchan_TransmitNextFragment() is called.
    Or using IAT hooking. VAC scans most commonly hooked places and publicly released information.
    Make something original and it'll remain undetected. And avoid writing to the .text section.
