i think we should have a mandatory physical every two years and we should have a tax applied to our tax return that is adjusted to our health. if you're fat, you have increased taxes taken out to pay for what you do to the system. if you're healthy, you have a tax credit to reward you for being healthy and helping society.

a) Discriminates against a specific demographic (this is not democratic)
b) Removes the right of choice (should this tax be imposed for people who smoke and drink as well? Combined these contribute far more to the burden of disease than obesity)

Are u serious? Some people are unlucky to have the genetics of gaining weight (fast). People can eat TUNS of food without gaining weight. they can't. Yes, there are people that just eat for eating. But there are people that can't help it.

That's a cop out. Genetics have hardly anything to do with weight, in fact there isn't a single gene that causes someone to gain fat, there are incredibly rare genes that may cause them to have a slower metabolic rate or something like hyperthyroidism or cause a slightly increased appetite but they are incredibly easy to counter. Not to mention fat people have a higher metabolic rate then skinnier people. If you're fat then you have nothing to blame but yourself.

What about people with hypothyroidism?

Hyperthyroidism is incredibly easy to treat and is never the cause of obesity in the first place.

Mental disabilities are not due to the hormones in a persons body, they are a complete lack of specific genome structuring, which can not be fixed through medication, diet, or exercise. Ugly people are simply asymmetrical humans, and as long as they are not fat they are not an eye sore to the planet. Fat people, on the other hand, no matter what the fucking circumstance can lose weight. If it was physically impossible for a person to lose weight, they would die within three days as their body needs those lipids to fucking survive.

If I ever owned a country, being fat would be illegal. Fuck choice, I would force people to be healthy. Fat people are the worst eye sore, and the majority of the time when you're next to someone who is fat they fucking stink.
