The pricing varies and I don't exactly have a SET price for any of them but here's a basic outline:

Netflix: $0.50/account
Porn: $1-$3/account (Depending on the rarity, how many I have, etc.)
File Hosting: $? (Depends on the type of account and time until expiration)
48 Hour XBL Codes: $0.30-$0.50/code (Depending on how many you buy)
AdventureQuest: $1-$3/account (depending on the Z-Tokens, Gold, Stats, etc.) (Note: All of these accounts are either Guardian or X-Guardian)

Those are my GENERAL prices, but they are negotiable. You can resell any of these, should you decide to buy in bulk. :P
